By accessing or using CM TASK, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you should stop using the app and related services.
Eligibility
You must be legally eligible to use CM TASK in your location. You are responsible for following all local laws, platform rules, payment rules, and advertising rules that apply to you.
Users under the required legal age should not use CM TASK.
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your login details secure.
- Only use your own valid account details.
- Do not create duplicate, fake, or misleading accounts.
- Do not share or sell your account.
- Notify support if you notice suspicious activity on your account.
CM TASK may suspend, restrict, or block accounts involved in fraud, misuse, duplicate accounts, automated activity, or policy violations.
No Add Money Or Deposit
CM TASK does not provide user deposit, add money, or paid entry features.
Users should not send money to any person claiming to add coins, unlock rewards, approve withdrawals, or provide special access. CM TASK is not responsible for payments sent outside the official app or website.
Coins, Rewards, And App Activity
Coins are in-app reward points. Coins are not a bank balance, deposit, salary, guaranteed income, or legal currency.
Coins, rewards, tasks, game entries, redeem options, recharge options, limits, ad rewards, withdrawal rules, and other app features may change at any time.
CM TASK may reject, reverse, hold, or adjust coins and rewards if suspicious, invalid, automated, duplicate, or manipulated activity is detected.
Advertisements
The app may show advertisements from Google AdMob, Unity Ads, or other ad providers. Users may receive coins after watching eligible ads where available.
Ad availability, ad reward, and ad frequency may vary by device, location, network, advertiser demand, and provider rules.
Users must not manipulate ad views, ad clicks, rewarded ad flows, or advertising systems. Any ad manipulation may lead to account restriction and reward cancellation.
Games, Tasks, Quiz, Spin, Scratch, And Rewards
Game, task, quiz, spin, scratch, tap, and reward features are provided for eligible app activity only. Feature availability may change without notice.
Results, rewards, entry rules, winning rules, and task limits are controlled by app rules and server settings. CM TASK may verify activity before crediting any reward.
Redeem, Withdrawal, And Recharge
Where redeem, withdrawal, or mobile recharge features are available, requests are subject to coin conversion rules, KYC verification, biometric verification where required, minimum limits, correct payment details, service availability, fraud checks, and compliance checks.
Processing time may vary. Incorrect UPI ID, bank details, mobile number, operator, or recharge amount selected by the user are the user's responsibility.
CM TASK may reject, hold, delay, reverse, or cancel requests related to fake accounts, automated activity, duplicate accounts, ad manipulation, abnormal coin earning, invalid KYC, incorrect details, or other misuse.
KYC And Verification
For certain actions such as withdrawal, redeem code, or mobile recharge, users may need to complete KYC verification by submitting required information such as mobile number and government ID image.
CM TASK may approve, reject, or ask for resubmission of KYC based on verification checks. Users must submit only genuine and accurate information.
Biometric Authentication
Where biometric authentication is required, CM TASK uses the device's built-in security system. CM TASK does not access, collect, store, or share biometric data.
If device biometric authentication fails or is not available, restricted actions may not proceed.
Fair Use Rules
Users must not use bots, scripts, modified apps, VPN abuse, multiple fake accounts, emulator abuse, auto clickers, ad manipulation, traffic manipulation, or any method that manipulates app activity, coins, rewards, ads, games, redeem requests, recharge requests, or payouts.
CM TASK may review device information, ad activity, coin activity, account activity, game records, redeem history, recharge history, withdrawal history, referral activity, and KYC status to protect fair use.
Suspension And Termination
CM TASK may restrict, suspend, or terminate access if we believe a user has violated these Terms, app rules, advertising rules, payment rules, platform policies, or applicable law.
Suspension or termination may result in cancellation of pending rewards, coins, redeem requests, recharge requests, or withdrawal requests where misuse or invalid activity is detected.
No Guarantee
CM TASK is provided on an as-is and as-available basis.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, fixed coin value, fixed reward value, fixed ad availability, fixed withdrawal availability, fixed recharge availability, or guaranteed payout approval for invalid or suspicious requests.
Third Party Services
CM TASK may depend on third-party services such as advertising networks, analytics providers, notification providers, hosting providers, payment or verification partners, and other service providers.
We are not responsible for delays, unavailability, policy changes, or technical issues caused by third-party services.
Privacy
Your use of CM TASK is also governed by our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, store, and protect user information.
Changes To These Terms
CM TASK may update app rules, reward rules, redeem rules, recharge rules, withdrawal rules, or these Terms to comply with legal, platform, payment, advertising, security, or operational requirements.
Continued use of CM TASK after updates means you accept the updated Terms.
Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CM TASK is not liable for indirect losses, device issues, network issues, third-party service issues, payment delays, user mistakes, incorrect user information, or losses caused by policy violations.
